Pmags... Are they worth it?
I bought myself a Masada and it comes with a Pmag Hi-cap which I wont use. Are Pmags worth the cost? I already have eight Mag brand mid-caps (130 rd). So besides haveing tan mags to match my new toys is there any advantage to Pmags in airsoft? Are they more ribust or do they feed better?

No real advantage other than looks and feel if your current mags feed fine etc.

Yes, They are worth the price if you have money to spend but unfortunately, I'm just not satisfied spend on the mags which almost cost double as other and the performance almost do the same thing.
There are cons and pros for Pmag : Pros : -Light Weight -Hold 120 rounds, get the PTS version. -Can get abuse and drop from a distance but not really when drive a truck over it ( ask mr.hitman) -Easy to attach the bottom plate -New version has dust cover, not useful but more about look -Main important thing is cool factor Cons : -Expensive, almost double price and doesn't sell in bulk with PTS version. -has fitment issue with some AEG -May tight fit in your current pouch

It all about looks, you can buy the "real" magpul pmags for about 25-30 bucks for one they fit very nice into any gun even metal bodies. But you can cheap out and buy the Star/Ares Green Label ones they look like pmags feel like pmags cost about $50-60 for a box of 8 but they have a tendency to jam and dont feed well. I'll also insist you stay away from the china clone pmags, most of them are based off the RS dimensions and have trouble fitting into guns without some external modification.

Well, I've never tried any other mag before, but I can tell you they don't break. I've left mine out in the rain, dropped them countless times, and never had any problems. Ever.
