I would personally say king arms mid caps. Awesome feeding, excellent quality and fairly cheap. I have experience with AK 70rnd mid caps.

No experience with AK mags... but KA full metal mid caps for G3's do the job well once properly broken in. I hear that the KA plastic mid caps for M4's suck though.
JG high caps (as were included with my G3) feed really well - basically on par with what I remember from my experience with a TM M4a1, but for a whole lot cheaper. ... Oh wait, Skladfin already said that. |

I like diboys and cyma mags. for mid caps I would get Mag brand because they are dirt cheap so it they stop working you can just trash them.
