ELCAN SpecterDR Replica (Yeah, really!)
It's cheaper than the original, but... dig out the money!

Maybe there could be something to dig out of them?  I'd instantly buy a 200 and sub-$ replica, even if it was solely a red dot in the nice ELCAN case, but the options currently out are still too fucking expensive.
