G&G front sight and gas tube removal

Hello All,
Before start to take things apart, I was hoping someone would know the answers to my questions.

I have the TOP TECH G&G m16. I'm looking to remove the front sight and the mock gas tube.

I've done this before on G&P and a King arms m4, so I know how it's done. However, I remember reading somewhere that these particular G&G models cannot have the front iron sight removed.

Also,
I am wondering if i need to separate the upper and lower receivers to remove the gas tube.

Thanks in advance!

Here the updates about the games are quite interesting and helping for lots of players. I’m sure after getting the material we were able to explore our knowledge about it. Would like to suggest https://sonomasun.com/2021/05/18/top...riter-service/ forum link to all players to have the recommending material.
